Account Deletion for KorkortQuiz

If you want your KorkortQuiz account and associated data deleted, you can request deletion by contacting support.

How to request deletion

• Send an email to support@fellow-bot.com.
• Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
• Include the email address used for your KorkortQuiz account.

What data will be deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will aim to delete the account data associated with your use of KorkortQuiz, including:

• account profile information such as email address and display name
• saved quiz history and progress
• app-related account records that are no longer required to be retained

What data may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance reasons. Examples may include:

• records needed to comply with financial, tax, or legal obligations
• security logs and fraud-prevention records
• subscription or payment-related records required by payment providers or law

Retention period

Retained records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to satisfy legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or operational requirements.

Processing time

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request and the account ownership details.
